R2O Consulting LLC was founded in 2017 by Kellie Carpenter Rotunno, a 30-year veteran of the Engineering Consulting world, and former Utility Executive for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD)..

 

The firm is dedicated to preserving and protecting water resources for future generations while providing employment opportunities for women and minorities.

 

In 2018, R2O completed its first acquisition of a hydraulic modeling and GIS firm, Water Resources and Coastal Engineering (WRCE).  Now fully integrated with the resources of R2O Consulting, our team has grown into a 20-person firm.
